Four steps, no surprises

1 Initial Consultation We meet with you to discuss your renovation plans, budget, priorities and desired outcome. This is where we get a clear understanding of your project.
2 Plans & Site Assessment We review the architectural plans and specifications, inspect the existing property and identify any site conditions or potential issues that may affect the works.
3 Detailed Quotation We prepare a detailed quotation covering labour, materials, subcontractors and allowances, with any exclusions or assumptions clearly outlined.
4 Review & Get Started We run through the quotation with you, answer any questions and make any required adjustments. Once everything is agreed, we finalise the contract and schedule your renovation.

With more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, Chris Heath has built his career from the ground up, starting as a carpenter before progressing into project management, team leadership and, ultimately, company ownership and management.

Chris brings a combination of hands-on building expertise, extensive project management experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver quality construction projects. Over the past two decades, he has worked with a team of tradesmen in delivering a diverse range of residential, renovation and heritage projects across Sydney.

Chris has particular expertise in heritage restoration and complex residential construction, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, attention to detail and compliance with heritage and building requirements. His experience spans everything from carpentry and site supervision through to estimating, scheduling, budgeting and overseeing projects from start to finish.

Just as importantly, Chris believes that successful building is built on strong relationships. He takes pride in working closely with clients, consultants, trades and suppliers, treating everyone with respect and maintaining clear, honest communication throughout a project. This approach has helped build lasting client relationships and a strong base of repeat business.

For Chris, building is about more than constructing or restoring a property: it's about delivering work he can be proud of and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
